Industrial Parks, the Next New Marketplace?

by Gourjian Law Group on December 18, 2019

Glendale is undergoing a renaissance. Just over a year ago, the City Council gave the okay to build the Loop 303 Corridor. Since then, Redbull decided to open its first manufacturing facility in North America with an investment of over $280 million in a 750,000 square foot facility, with many others in line to follow suit.

While this is excellent news for the surrounding community and workforce, it comes with a potential cost of increased traffic, the last thing Angelenos want to hear. This is where the Loop 303 Corridor project comes in. The project brings with it an increased demand for workers not only of these new facilities, but also for the implementation of the construction plans behind it all. As such, the area is well-positioned for an even greater boom to come with more projects and continued growth for the foreseeable future.
